Aufgeteilt in 1 DZ m. Dusche und 1 DZ m. Wohnecke, SAT-TV, 1 Wohnküche voll ausgestattet mit Sitzecke, Badezimmer m. Badewanne, WLAN kostenlos. Zum Aufbewahren Ihrer Sportausrüstung finden Sie genügend Platz in unserem Trockenraum m. Schuhtrockner. Parkmöglichkeiten vor unserem Haus Danler Gerlinde. Einen erlebnisreichen Bergtag lassen Sie bei einem Grillabend in unserem Garten ausklingen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten.

Der Spar-Supermarkt, die Linienbus-Haltestelle zur Stubaier Gletscherbahn, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen oder Elferlifte, erreichen Sie in nur 2 Gehminuten. Das Zentrum von Neustift oder Fulpmes im Stubaital mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafe´s u.v.m. ist in nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Linienbus zu erreichen. Das Bade & Saunaparadies STUBAY in Telfes i. St., erreichen Sie in nur 5 Minuten (Auto).

Im Sommer vergnügen sich Ihre Kinder beim Landschaftssee Kampl mit großem Spielplatz, Beachvolleyball und Fußballplatz.

Von unserer wunderschönen Landeshauptstadt INNSBRUCK ist die Ferienwohnung nur 20 Autominuten entfernt.

At the Danler Gerlinde guesthouse you are accommodated in a sunny, cosy and spacious apartment across 66m2, that divided into 2 double rooms with shower, bathroom, living area, satellite TV, WiFi and comes with tub as well as a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area. From the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with stunning views over the beautiful Stubai Mountains.

In our skiroom you will find enough space to store your sports equipment. It´s also a separatly room for drying your clothes and shoes. Free Parking in front of our guesthouse. You can end an eventful day in the mountains with a barbecue in our garden. Centrally located in the hamlet of Kampl the Danler Gerlinde guesthouse is an ideal starting point for sports activities of any kind.

The SPAR-MARKET, as well as the bus-stop that takes you to the Stubai Glacier, to the Schlick 2000-Fulpmes, to the Serlesbahnen Resort-Mieders, to the Elferbahnen-Neustift are all just 2 minutes away. The centre of Neustift or Fulpmes in the Stubaital, with its numerous restaurants, cafes and the leicure centre can be reached within 4 minutes by car or by bus. The new STUBAY WATERPARK Telfes in the Stubaital can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

In summer your children will surely have fun at the landscaped Kampl Lake with its large playground, beach volleyball and football pitch.

The beautiful city of INNSBRUCK is only 20 minutes away from our apartment by car.
