We also offer our guests free use of the outdoor and indoor pools at the public swimming pool in Mayrhofen all year round during opening hours.

Our house is in a quiet yet central location with a view of the magnificent mountains—simply brilliant—in the heart of Mayrhofen.

In just a few minutes, you can reach bus stops, the water park, the town center, promenades, and forest hiking trails, etc.

Winter vacationers particularly appreciate the proximity to the mountain railways (Penkenbahn 500 m, Ahornbahn 500 m), as well as the cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails.

All apartments have a balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area. The apartments are bright and cheerfully furnished! With separate bathrooms, rain shower, separate toilets in the GRÜNBERG and ZIMMEREBEN apartments, new: the ZIMMEREBEN apartment has a shower toilet for even more comfort, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Furthermore, all apartments are equipped with a safe, cable flat-screen TV, internet connection, and free Wi-Fi. In the morning, we offer our guests a bread roll service, and daily cleaning is free of charge for even more comfort.

We also offer a ski cellar with a ski boot dryer, which ensures that you can always put on pre-warmed and dry ski boots in the morning.

Dear guests, we constantly strive to adapt to the increasing needs of our guests and have been awarded the highest rating of “4 Edelweiss” by the Association of Private Room Renters.

As a member of the Zillertal Alps Nature Park, our guests can participate in guided hikes in the nature park for FREE!

Our guests have the option of using wireless fiber optic internet access in every apartment.

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace and balcony.
